Work effectively with the Police Chief’s Diversity Advisory Team (CDAT) and continue the strong connection between VPD and the local community with all its ethnic and religious diversity.Collaborate with other city and mutual aid agencies to address and solve problems affecting the community.Serve as the primary point of contact within the law enforcement community in the region.
